Game of Code, the largest hackathon made in Luxembourg organised by IT One will be back for its 5th edition on April 3rd & 4th at the Forum Campus Geesseknäppchen (Luxembourg City).

Challenge yourself and your developer colleagues and join this year’s 24-hour coding competition in search of the best programmers in the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region. Teams will be able to choose among the following three challenges focusing on:

   •  Open banking, designed by LUXHUB
   •  CSR Game App, presented by Docler Holding
   •  Open data & digital inclusion, proposed by Digital Luxembourg

Please note that company/team registrations include access passes for all team members as well as three people from the company wishing to cheer on and give moral support to their champions. Students and job seekers can register individually and will be matched (based on their skills, experience and competencies) with other individuals or teams before the event.

As in previous editions, teams have the opportunity to invite their coaches to the competition. Please note that coach registrations are subject to a fee of 35€ excl. VAT per coach (add-on only available to team registrations). As a reminder, coaches are not authorized to code.

Free beverages and food (Friday: dinner / Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) will be provided for all the participants of the 24-hour coding competition and a resting area will be available to all coders. Supporters will be able to purchase beverages and food at the various food trucks present during the event. Additionally, all participants (including supporters) will be able to enjoy various fun games and side-animations during the whole event.

In parallel with this year's Game of Code, the Cybersecurity Competence Center Luxembourg (C3) and SECURITYMADEIN.LU organize the Lëtz Cybersecurity Challenge, aiming at finding talents and encouraging young people to pursue a career in cybersecurity. Twenty unique challenges (web security, network security, wireless and IoT security, cryptography, exploitation, reverse engineering, forensics, puzzles, trivia and much more) will be proposed to participants. Separate registration required here.
