I have received a positive answer on a subsidy for innovation (Neistart) and i'm looking for a competent webb app designer/coder (individual or company based in Luxembourg) to work with me on the submitted project. I already have the whole project laid out but it now needs to be made into reality. I will be open to meetings the first two weeks of May.
